Returns & Exchanges

Refunds and cancellations are not allowed at this time. However, we do offer exchanges or store credit within the first 14 days of receiving your purchase if you would like to return an item. Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, with all tags attached in order to be exchanged/credited. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost when returning. As we work diligently to make sure all orders are fulfilled, please contact us immediately if there is an issue with your order.

Shipping

All Domestic orders will be shipped in USPS Priority Mail within 3-5 business days. International orders will be shipped within 5-10 business days. Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 1pm est. will be shipped the same day. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship the following business day. Holidays will delay shipping until the next business day.

Tracking Orders

 

A tracking number will be sent once your order has been packaged and sent out for delivery. 

Privacy/Security

We do not disclose any information of anyone browsing or shopping with us (such as your name, IP address, credit card numbers, etc.) unless required to do so by law. If a disputing case occurs and we had to provide our bank or merchant with the information we were given, we are required to do so.
